Conference boosts enthusiasm and delivers value
Survey reflects high praise for Enterprise Resilience Solution provider User Conference
IntraPoint, the provider of Enterprise Resilience Solution is pleased to announce that their fifth annual User Conference, held in Rome, Italy, exceeded expectations. In a follow up survey the overwhelming majority of attendees rated the event as “excellent” and said they would recommend the conference to their peers.
“I was glad to be at this year’s conference,” reports attendee Matianne Brokjop who is responsible for rolling out the IntraPoint Crisis Manger solution to 40 counties around the world. “With so many diverse operations we needed a comprehensive solution to manage and coordinate emergency response around the globe.”
Clients appreciated updates on the company’s Enterprise Resilience solutions development roadmap and benefited from opportunities to network with IntraPoint staff and other customers managing emergency response readiness. They were especially impressed by guest speaker and co-author Dr. Erika Hayes James. Given the challenging environment that organizations face today, IntraPoint wanted to do something extra that would help clients achieve their goals.
At the event’s kick off reception a book signing was held with ‘Leading Under Pressure’ co-author Erica Hayes James. “Thank you for bringing in an industry expert for Leading Under Pressure,” remarked an appreciative client.
“The topics and classes covered over the two day event (and particularly the joint customer workshops) will pay for airfare and hotel many times over in the upcoming year,” commented attendee Delia With, HSEQ Manger for Shell. Ms. With has been using IntraPoint Crisis Manager solutions for four years and has attended several of the annual conferences. Her conclusion: “First class conference all around! Good job!”
