We have a Technical Service team to perform a variety of services to help clients with deploying and extending IntraPoint systems.

The services we provide include:
 
  • Implementation & Configuration
    Developed a multi-phased crisis management implementation and integration process, including a Requirements Phase, a Development Phase, a Testing/Deployment Phase, and a Training/Post Deployment Support Phase.
  • Solution Hosting
    IntraPoint offers ERS and its modules either in a licensed or hosted model through its Managed Service Center.  
  • 24/7/365 access
    It provides 24/7/365 access and we work closely with each client to develop the appropriate service level agreements (SLAs) that meets their business requirements.
  • Client access
    IntraPoint offers client access to our Managed Service Center through the Internet, either via VPN or dedicated circuits.
